Faber Vs. Brown Postponed Until November 5th
Any Urijah Faber fight will be a big draw. Why? Because everyone is waiting to see him lose. It’s not that they are hoping he loses, because they expect him to win. They wonder, like I do, when he will be dethroned and by who? There have been very few times that Faber came close to defeat…but not really close at all. Faber is an amazing fighter, but anyone that thinks that he can not lose is a fool. One day it will happen, it’s just a matter of time. Until that day we can expect nothing but intense training and the unexpected, lightening fast and unorthodox, winning moves from Faber.
Last week’s WEC Featherweight Championship fight between Urijah Faber and Mike Brown has been postponed until November 5th. The fight was postponed last week due to Hurricane Ike and will be held at the same venue (The Seminole Hard Rock Cafe & Casino). The WEC has announced that ticket holders for the original event that can not make the rescheduled event can get a refund for their tickets at the point of purchase.
