Has Vickie Guerrero Gone Too Far? A Petition Says Yes

Every week SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero amps up her crooked double crossing game and not everyone is happy about it. Last week she even sold out her brother-in-law Chavo Guerrero by throwing him into the ring against The Undertaker.
Diana from Connecticut is doing something about it. She sent me an email explaining that she is organizing an anti-Vickie petition. Your signature will “get her REMOVED from General Manager” and instead make her “become a female wrestler so she knows what all the others felt like that she put through hell.” Sounds fair enough to us.
And what will the signers do if Vickie doesn’t receive some sort of punishment? They won’t order any pay-per-views during that time period. We think that’s a clever and useful tactic. Hit the WWE where it hurts: the pocketbook. So far the petition has over 5,000 signatures. Three times that amount are expected by the time the increasingly interesting One Night Stand PPV takes place.
This petition isn’t based in a knee jerk dislike of Vickie’s storyline. Diana explained that Vickie’s faux wheelchair-bound character seems to be “laughing or making jokes of those of us that are required to use wheelchairs,” and points out that “The way she ran from the Undertaker; it’s obvious she’s a fake.” We couldn’t agree more; the wheelchair gimmick has gone a little too far and has become insulting and disrespectful to those who rely upon wheelchairs and other assistive devices.
Our further beef with Vickie’s storyline revolves around the Edge relationship which has also gone too far. We understand that there is considerable acting involved and that her role as SmackDown GM must provide the healthy income Vickie’s family needs given her husband’s untimely death. But still. As Diana’s petition explains The Edge-Vickie storyline is doing a “great injustice to the memory of Eddie whom everyone loved.”
Maybe it’s time for a change. Check back later for how to add your name to the petition.

I agree with the petition because Vickie Guerrero is pushing things a bit far.

She, in my opinion, is an unfit mother for her children.

In my point of view of this whole mess with Vickie and Edge is that she is helping Edge cheat his way to win. What strikes me is that when he loses a match and gets butt hurt he always runs to Vickie and crys to her on how he wants to win and another thing is I didn’t think it was unfair that Vickie banished the Undertaker because Edge got butt hurt when the Undertaker almost won and Edge’s friends helped Edge cheat on the heavyweight championship belt.can Vickie banish the Undertaker like that. there’s got to be someone who’s over her like a ceo or something like that. Vickie is a BITCH and needs to be fired from the wwe as smackdown G.M if she marries Edge and I also think Vickie shouldn’t even think about getting remarried it’s been 2yrs sence Eddie died and I think it’s too soon.
I’m a BIG UNDERTAKER FAN use to be Edge’s fan intel Edge got hooked with that BITCH Vickie

The only way I know to contack someone is to”
Smackdown.com to bottom of page to contact us to Fan services to smackdown to superstars on left panel to how do I contact Superstars then follow the prompts.
I do not consider Edge a Superstar or any of his ilk. I am really suprised Chavo has fallen for her crap.
I have written smackdown many times and I have not watched it for three weeks now. I do read the posts and I see she screwed Charles Robinson.
She should eiither be given a match against Mickey James or Beth Phoenix and afterward fired or just fired outright. I wonder what kind of image she portrays to her children and other children who watch the program? I personally feel she is an unfit mother.

Linda, from what I hear the Undertaker is going to be back on Smackdown sooner than you think…

I’ve been watching wrestling since it first came on television (yes, I AM that old). Vickie Guerrero’s antics were always suspect, but the storyline was intersting for about two weeks. Since then it has driven me from watching wrestling. Ms. Guerrero (soon to be Mrs. Edge, or will he be Mr. Vickie?) and her underhanded actions have become more of a distraction than a drawring card for wrestling. Even though I recognize what the WWE obviously thinks is a sales gimmick to draw people in, this has gone too far and is now a detriment rather than an asset. We all know that sooner or late she will get her comeuppance, but it has already become too late. The suspense of “when and how” has built to a peak, then surpassed that peak to become droll and uninteresting.

I think the old witch Vicki and Edge should be fired for all the stunts they ben pulling and charges. I like a clean fight not a three ring circus which she’s ben doing.

Tonight everything changes! Mark my words. I don’t think she’ll be fired but the circus is going to get a lot more interesting.

As long as ‘ham hock’s’ is there I don’t feel Smackdown is worth listening too or watching. I channel surf between Fox and Smackdown and if ‘The Game’ or some of the other draftee’s are wrestling I will watch. If Vickie, Chavo and his chimp (Bammy is a lost cause), Edge’s two wannabe’s or Edge is on I leave. Heck The Great Kahli and Umaga are even becoming boring. Everyone knows they can be beat if they are wrestling with any serious experience.
