Paul Williams will make his first welterweight title defense on February 9th against Carlos Quintana according to ESPN. Quintana has stepped up to fill in for an injured Kermit Cintron. The bout will air on HBO at a location to-be-determined.
ESPN also announced Andre Berto will be in the co-featured bout.
