The matches were really only half the story on this weeks Raw. In the preview for the event it was hyping an announcement from Shane McMahon. As expected the announcement was an upcoming tri-branded draft. For those unfamiliar with the process basically anyone can be moved to any other brand. It will be held June 11th on a special 3-hour Raw.
One Night Stand has also gotten bigger as two more matches have been added. Of the most importance is the tag title match between The Hardys and The World’s Greatest Tag Team. The match was formed on this weeks Raw when the Hardys won, but didn’t pin either of the WGTT members. The match will be a ladder match. Also Melina will face Candice Michelle in a non-title pudding match.
Finally, RVD “suffered a concussion” in his loss to Orton putting his ECW main event in jeopardy. In a rematch from last week RVD was to team up with CM Punk to face Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von in a no disqualifications match.
