ECW Preview; Test Released
Well off the top lets get to the biggest news and that is Test’s release. No word on a reason for the release but Test was involved in matches for the ECW title recently and was widely regarded as their top heel.
After Trump chose Lashley as his representative on Raw last night Mr. McMahon will be paying ECW a visit tonight. His plans are to throw down a gauntlet for the ECW champ and make his life “a living hell” so just what that entails we will have to wait and see. Presumably as a start to his plan, Lashley will face Hardcore Holly in a steel cage match for the ECW title tonight. This is a match most expect to see on a PPV so ECW may win some viewers with this match. I am wondering if there will be a cage match on SmackDown this week too.
The New Breed/Originals feud will undoubtedly continue this week as they may build towards an extreme match for Wrestlemania between the groups. ECW appears to only be getting one spot in the Money in the Bank match but that too will have to play out before it is finalized.
