I just wanna thank my friend Jet for helping me promote this humble blog site of mine so that other people may also appreciate boxing like I do. I have to admit that I’m not that much of an expert when it comes to the science behind boxing but I am learning a lot, thanks to Jet who is a huge boxing fan.
I read this article which shows that Boxing’s PPV has been on a steady decline recently. We know that the heavier weight class has been sort of “dead” because of the lack of “superstars” so to speak.
But with Pacman, Morales, Barrera, and all the other great fighters in the lighter weight classes serving one exciting fight after another, they breathe new life into boxing.
Now, not only the Philippines, but the whole world is watching. People are mesmerized that behind their light frames and sometimes lack of height, both Filipinos and Mexicans pack powerful punches.
It’s going to be interesting to see the future of boxing. But for now, let’s enjoy the victory of Pacquiao.
