D-X is Back

There used to be a time when everyone I meet would get a “suck it” gesture from me. I know I look like a freaking idiot but I really didn’t care. I really liked what Degeneration X (D-X) stood for. They’re just a group who doesn’t care about anything or anyone. They are often seen rebelling against authority and anti-social which when you were going through the “teen” years is often seen as cool.

I was no exception.

But the D-X that I really was a fan of is the group that comprised of Triple H, X-Pac, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, and of course, Chyna.

The thing I like most was the opening theme of the New Age Outlaws which starts of with “Oh, you didn’t know? Yo’ ass better call somebody…” and ends with “…And if you ain’t down with that, we got two words for ya - suck it!”.

That was really a classic. It’s one of my favorite entrance routine ever.

And now they’re back, D-X with Triple H and Shawn Michaels. You kinda know its coming when in WrestleMania both Shawn and Triple H performed the “crotch chop” move in their respective matches. I remember I was watching that match when a light bulb suddenly went off in my head. I remember saying to myself, “No way!”

Now only if they can bring back the New Age Outlaws from TNA and somehow find the hideout of both Chyna and X-Pac who have been missing in action for a few years now then that would be great.

But until then… let’s just enjoy this for the moment.
